Both Mat and Jack were so helpful and kind! They made the experience really pleasant and took pains to address all questions and enquiries with thoroughnes and detail. I was unable to attend the property so they organised extensive video viewing and commentary. I was given great information about the area which made me feel more secure and excited about moving to the Blue Mountains.
