When Matt came to give us the initial appraisal a year ago he stood out above all the other local agents. His manner was kind and he spent time getting to know us and chatting about the house and the garden. He took seeds home that day from one of our favourite trees in the back yard to grow and cultivate on his property. I felt like he was genuinely interested in our home and achieving the sale on behalf of us. We talked for probably close to a hour where as all the other agents were in and out and made us feel less than important. From that initial meeting I knew it was always going to be Matt and the Belle team that would sell our home. The sales process was made easy and Natalie and Matt and team were helpful, kind and honest to deal with from start to finish!
