We have been delighted with our experience with Belle Property. An appointment was made to view the home immediately we contacted them and an appointment was made to view it. Matt and Nat arrived punctually and were thorough in their inspection, friendly but also utterly professional. We never felt they were hurrying. Our meeting in their beautiful office to review their inspection and talk through the pricing, marketing, photographing etc was informative and we did not feel they were unrealistic nor trying to "buy the listing". All dealings after that went like clockwork and the whole process made stress free. Open houses, signage, web listing etc was impeccable and at all times we felt they had our interests at heart. Matt's negotiating skills were amazing re the sale and Nat was dogged in her efforts to facilitate a quick exchange.
