1. Ed made us feel like we were his only client (while another agent said he has so many clients at once we won’t get attention). He called both my husband and I with frequent updates and to discuss strategies. I never felt rushed speaking to him or that he had other clients he was juggling. 2. Ed secured a fantastic price for us in a down market. We trusted his strategy on negotiating and it paid off. 3. Ed knows an extraordinary amount of buyers (and sellers) and remembers them and their budgets. It really helped to know which parties were serious buyers. 4. We had great advice from Ed on how to prepare our home for inspection. He recommended certain items to be removed or relocated to maximise flow and to create visual space. 5. Lastly Ed is the hardest working agent I have dealt with. He took our calls at any time and even spent two house in our home preparing us for our sale on his birthday(!) Being a resident of the Eastern Suburbs for over a decade and going through several property transactions in the area it didn't take long many years ago to see that Edward and his team are one of the best in Sydney. Since relocating overseas and having my properties under the management of Belle in Bondi Junction, it was always my intention to use Edward as the selling agent when the time was right. Earlier this year I got in touch with Ed to start the process for the sale of an apartment in Bondi Junction and from the very beginning Ed was extremely responsive and provided clear guidance and feedback on the overall process and market conditions. His insights into the local property market are second to none and his ability to manage difficult situations with buyers, seller, tenants or third party providers was seamless. In my situation living overseas and managing a 10 hour time difference, this was no problem for Ed and without fail Ed would call as promised in the very early hours of his morning (sometimes before 5am Sydney time) to ensure I had the latest updates as well as late into the evening. Emails were also responded to almost immediately and he never hesitated in calling if he felt I had a concern or if there were any developments in the sale of the property.
