From what could have been a traumatic experience selling my family home, Daniel ensured that this experience went extremely smoothly. I found Daniel to be very professional, knowledgeable of the market and with extensive experience selling houses in my area. After my initial meeting with Daniel I was reassured that every aspect of the sale would be taken care of by Daniel and his team and they would be available anytime to assist me. Daniel and his team came up with an incredible marketing campaign with fabulous photos. I was advised what needed to be organised in the house to get it ready for sale. They organised removal boxes, a gardener, cleaners, removalists, rubbish removers, council Clear up, assisted selling unwanted items and a storage facility. The day of the auction went smoothly and we got the price we were looking for. Now leading up to completion Daniel and his team are doing a great job taking care of everything! I would recommend Daniel and thank him for everything! The process of selling our house couldn’t have been easier!

Excellent - I have bought and sold a few. properties in the Eastern Suburbs but have not met a more dedicated, "on the ball" agent and yet still be very understanding and sympathetic of the sellers position. Ed was a great help to us throughout the whole process. He was friendly, always on hand, had good support both in his team and with external contractors (e.g. bathroom), and worked hard (in a tough market) to help us both sell and then buy our next property. He also had a reputation among other agents while we were house hunting - always a good sign!

We had been watching the market for a year or two before approaching Ed to sell our apartment. We had no prior relationship with Ed but felt he knew the recent sales the best, and after meeting with him knew he was the most knowledgeable. Being in real estate myself I was wary of using someone I did not know, but I can say without hesitation Ed blew us away. He was always available, no matter time of day. Ed has several quality buyers before the campaign even started. When I was ready to accept a good offer pre-auction Ed was eager to keep trying to get even a bit more, and he succeeded! He secured a price well above our expectations in a market that is apparently cooling off. His assistant Michelle is also a top communicator and very thorough. A 5 Star experience. We can’t recommend Ed and his team enough. Happy to take reference calls too.
