Highly recommended
We bought a property that Ed had listed. My husband and I were both impressed with his customer service, his quick and easy communications, his knowledge of the market, his willingness to go that “extra mile” etc. Buying a house in Sydney is a stressful undertaking and Ed did a lot to make it easier on us.

Great Agent
Ed was very easy to deal with. As a buyer he kept me informed of how the sale process was progressing. Negotiated fairly - of course he was trying to get the best price for his vendor but I was happy with the outcome as I suspect was the vendor. Great communications and ethics. Overall very much enjoyed working with Edward. Belle are now managing the property for me. Thanks

Great agent, really happy with the experience
Ed and his team did a great job helping us sell our unit. His knowledge of the local area is a huge advantage when selling in the Eastern Suburbs and we were really happy with how he negotiated a good result for us before auction. Extremely satisfied
We loved Ed's approach of providing input as part of the planning for the sale (visiting us several times to cover any questions or concerns we had, bringing in assistance such a trades people and an interior designer), his communication throughout the process and his expertise on the area. In addition, we felt that we could trust him, which relieved a lot of the stress of the sale process. We would highly recommend him as an agent.

Amazing experience, amazing agent!
The experience I had with Edward and Michelle from Belle Bondi Junction was truly incredible. They went the extra mile on so many occasions to ensure the the process of buying from their vendor was as good as possible. From working with the vendor to get us access prior to settlement whenever we wanted, to always checking in with us to see if we needed anything, to amazingly working with the vendor to get us access to the property when the settlement of the house we were selling was delayed.
