One of a kind
Having met quite a few of the local agencies in our area we settled on Edward Brown from Belle Property in Bondi Junction. Outstanding Agent
“We Had our place on the market for 10 months with 2 different agents and 3 campaigns. Very frustrating and costly experience. We couldn’t understand, we had it priced competitively and the apartment presented well. We were recommended to contact Matt Douglas by several people that had used Matt as their agent in our apartment block and had great success with him, so we did. The moment we contacted Matt, who saw our frustration, he went above and beyond any agent we had ever dealt with. Literally the day we signed an agreement for Matt to sell our apartment, it was like he went back to his desk and contacted every potential buyer he could think of and found someone that wanted to inspect the next day. Very hard working
Edward helped us all the way through the sale process and even assisted us in finding a new house. We didn't have an easy market to sell into but he worked very hard to get us a good price. Would definitely recommend him.
