Ed recently sold my 80 year old mother's property at Bellevue Hill. The sale couldn't have gone more smoothly and we got a higher price than expected. The care and service was outstanding and went beyond expectations - including helping my mother to remove furniture for the inspections. There was even flowers and French champagne. I had the feeling throughout the process that we were in this together. Communication was excellent. Great responsiveness too. As I live in another city I could not really have a feel of how the agent interacted with the potential buyers. So my ability to comment on the negotiation is somewhat limited. However, based on the dynamics presented, I am very happy with the outcome and how this originated. Daniel has a can do attitude and built a trusted advisor profile. Overall, I am impressed with the handling of the whole process and the spectrum of services provided in a seameless way (solicitor, stylist, pick up of documents, arrangement for the docs sign off).
