Daniel had been recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience with him on selling property. Living overseas, I first communicated with Daniel via email, about selling my apartment in Sydney. He was very reactive and provided me with all info on the selling process, and we agreed to launch the sales combined with my 2 week visit to Australia in July 2017. Daniel introduced me to a reliable solicitor also. Upon my arrival in Sydney I met with both Daniel and also with the solicitor. Daniel dedicated all necessary time to receive me directly, in order to assess my expectations on the sale. He organized viewings, during which an interested buyer from Melbourne was identified. That buyer was interested, but also wanted to secure the buy of one of the parking spots that were going on auction on a specific day. That specific day we completed a tour de force, where a negotiation on the selling prize was completed in the morning, the buyer flew over to Sydney, all docs prepared by the solicitor were signed in time for the participation to the auction of the parking spots that same evening. Daniel was very present during the whole process, and managed to guide and calm down both the buyer and myself. He provided very useful information on recent sales of similar properties, which made me feel good about the agreed selling price. I would definitely work with him again if I had some real estate activities to manage in Sydney. The only constructive comment I would make is about his assistant, who was not always very flexible, nor very efficient, and caused some distress during the process that could have been avoided.
