They assisted in clearing the unit and having it cleaned this work was very satisfactory for our requirements. The marketing plan was effective and we agreed to sell before auction. Ed worked really hard to get our business in the first instance, but more impressive was watching him take his efforts to the next level once we actually put our place on the market. He (and his team) worked tirelessly through the entire process, from getting our place ready for sale (in very quick time) to negotiating an exceptional result during a difficult period (Winter with the Sydney market turning). He really showed his expertise across all facets of the process including market knowledge, local knowledge, strategy (which was key), marketing, negotiation, communication (with us and prospective buyers) etc. But most impressive was his ability to mange us as 'very nervous, inexperienced vendors'. He managed to lead us through the process, listen to all our questions and suggestions, and keep our anxiety levels to a dull roar while always keeping us updated at every juncture (He also made sure we all had a good laugh when we needed to as well.). We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Ed was a great agent to buy from. He not only goes above and beyond to make his vendors happy, but also his buyers. He was far above average with his communication for a busy agent. He and his staff are reliable, professional, and thoughtful. They sent us non-intrusive emails to guide us through the purchase process, which we found very useful. Even though our vendor had stated they would organise a clean prior to settlement, this not eventuate but Ed ended up organising a cleaner last minute to do a brief wipe down of the property, which was very kind of him given how beyond the scope of his service that was. Our exchange of contracts moved at lightning speed. He drives a hard negotiation and was keen for us to offer and sign ASAP, but that's his job! There was nothing that he promised to do that he did not follow through with and he will work hard with you if you are a serious buyer. Thanks to his lateral thinking, we were able to negotiate terms of sale for a somewhat complex problem that satisfied both vendor and buyer. Excellent experience overall!
