Edward was very professional in the way he managed the sale of our apartment. He was honest, communicative with excellent advice when required and was supported well by his colleagues. At the beginning he gave us a potential outcome which I was frankly sceptical about but we reached that before the auction in a way which astounded, really pleased and overwhelmed me. And all of this occurred while we swanned about overseas. I highly recommend travelling while leaving your property to Edward to sell! He made regular reports via email and phoned when us when we were at the offer stage. I think the buyer was as pleased with Edward’s professionalism as we were.

Finding the right property is not enough in this buoyant market. You need the right agent by your side to close the deal. I went into my property hunt bright-eyed and opportunistic, which was quickly tainted by dislike for Sydney real estate agents. Luckily for me, I met Ed at the right time. He's a true professional and it's not hard to see his compassion through the sales exterior. Ed's interests for clients goes deeper than his pockets which can't be faked. From helping to decide out what work needed to be done to the house, arranging quotes for the work, allowing tradesman access to the house and then supporting us through the inspections and auction.
