From helping to decide out what work needed to be done to the house, arranging quotes for the work, allowing tradesman access to the house and then supporting us through the inspections and auction. Ed was great to deal with from the start, easy to talk to and accommodated our changing schedule pulling out all the stops to get our place on the market with short notice. With terrible weather and a faltering campaign Ed stayed the course and adjusted accordingly. Our unit passed in at auction but Ed still managed to negotiate a fantastic deal a few days after which exceeded our expectations.
