From first contact, Ash was diligent and reliable with her communications, she was available to show me a property at short notice and was knowledgeable and in tune with the vendors enabling her to answer all my questions, quickly and effectively. From viewing the property to settlement, Miss Ash has been warm, friendly and just all around a decent person to deal with. I have wanted to make this move for many years and having an attentive and welcoming agent like Ash, makes all the difference.

I found Kelly Allen very professional, and very competent and helpful - absolutely "can do". Her insight into and faith in the value of the property was inspiring and well founded, and was reflected in the sale price. Kelly was friendly, and she and her personal assistant Ashley in the Belle office, kept me fully informed throughout the sale and sought my advice when needed.

All Belle staff are friendly and efficient. They are helpful in preparing and presenting your home at its best prior to sale and courteous and accommodating when organizing "walk-throughs'. All paperwork involved is done promptly and the client is kept informed throughout the process of sale. Very happy with their efforts, especially from Kate.

I Can honestly not even put into words the amazing work Kate has done for us , she is by far the most remarkable person .the professionalism she has, and the effort she has gone to to find us our family home is just amazing. this new crazy new market was hard for us to get into but Kate made it possible for us. she has gone beyond just being a real-estate agent for us she helped us understand the process of buying and so much more.
