Kate was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Kate and Kelly were very helpful, arranging first a Facetime walkthrough while we were in hotel quarantine in Melbourne, followed by a F2F inspection once we were mobile and a third inspection while property was under offer. We were clearly advised of deadlines for placing (an initial written) offer. Two bidders were involved and we were clearly advised of the other party's interest, as they were of ours. Both parties including ourselves were given the opportunity to place counter-bids and we felt well satisfied by this aspect of the process. Completion of formalities leading to exchange of contracts took a little while based on the vendor needing to supply satisfactory evidence of services connected to the property. The property is initially for investment with a mid-term (3-4 years) view to living here. We were advised Belle does sales only but as below would be interested in property management services if available as the property is unusual for its neighbourhood and risks being pitched to the wrong market.
