This is the second unit we have purchased through Joel at Belle Property Cairns. Both times Joel has been amazing. We purchased remotely without viewing the units and Joel did video walk throughs and showed us all aspects of the unit, even pointing out any issues. He was honest, trustworthy, friendly and so easy to deal with. He followed up and kept us up to date with everything, gave help and advice when needed and was never pushy. Kaine was very informative and helpful from our first inspection of the property. As the process progressed Kaine responded quickly to all our questions and requests. He liaised with the vendor where necessary and made the property available for additional inspections prior to settlement. We are very happy with the professional service that we received throughout this purchase. Sometimes when we had additional access to the property, it was Rebecca who opened it for us and she was also very friendly and helpful during these inspections. By coincidence, we sold our existing home and purchased our new place with Belle Property and our experiences as both vendors and buyers were smooth and straightforward. I would always recommend Belle Cairns to someone looking to sell their property.
