We were in the process of selling our apartment and looking for another closer to work. This property came on the market, and that morning my husband went and had a look at it as I was at work. Belle property let us go and inspect the property again together with my husband late that afternoon when I finished work. Nothing was too much bother and happy to answer all our questions. We knew this place was suited for our needs and Kaine was happy to assist us in having it settle on the same day as settlement for our apartment. The communication from Kaine from the first phone call was easy and no stress, and he is happy to work for the seller and buyer to achieve a positive outcome for both sides due to great communication. We would not have been able to inspect this property if it wasn’t for the flexibility of the staff. Thank you, we are forever grateful

Joel Cuman was our Agent. His experience in selling apartments in our complex and knowledge of the complex as well as other apartment blocks at the Palm Cove was evident from our first contact. He provided advice on listing price with good sound knowledge of sales of similar units in the area. He was careful to leave decisions on price to us but used facts to inform and educate us on what was realistic to expect and so sway any unrealistic expectations. We were sufficiently in the loop regarding progress, he kept things moving along and he was on the ball with arranging inspections by purchasers and valuers of the prospective buyer.
