no good, l felt like Claire cocks was working for the buyer. Not saying l could do better on the first offer, very eager for me to sign after the second offer. failed to fill in form 6 item j chattels and appliances. The buyer would be very unhappy if took all away with me. If your fees were 1.75% that would make me feel much better, kind regards mark hounslow
