Vanessa did a wonderful job selling my house - I noted her previous sales record so decided to use Belle because of her extensive knowledge. We were initially discouraged by the lack of potential buyers turning up at first open - but she expertly turned this around and she-was able to negotiate with the very few people who showed a slight interest - way below what I had hoped - and was able to turn it right around and we achieved a very good price and in only 3 days - which was amazing.
