I was very happy with my experience with Belle Property, there teamwork made for a very professional campaign. I was kept informed and guided throughout the process. Vanessa has an engaging personality and the ability to perceive and understand both the property seller and prospective purchasers needs. My property had some challenges with age and location but Vanessa sold the property in under two months, I would use Belle Property's services in the future.

Vanessa was an excellent advocate for us when it came to selling our house in Stratfort 2022. She her extensive experience, market knowledge and determination left us in no doubt that she was the best agent for the job. Vanessa and her team were fantastic at communication, and were able to rapidly reply to any queries and provide best practice solutions or advice to any situation. Katie and I would have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa to friends or family.

Vanessa from Belle Property was so prepared at the open house, she had floor plans, photos, and a building inspection already prepared. She guided me through all the processes through to purchasing and always answered my calls, texts, emails all hours of the day. How much she puts into her role and how committed she is to seeing things through was so evident in my experience. I have purchased 2 houses previously and Vanessa was by far the best agent I've ever dealt with.

Awesome experience with Nicholas and Renee. They quietly and calmly built confidence in the process and didn't overload us with agent speak. Set and managed expectations from the beginning and got us to a wonderful outcome. The experience was painless and methodical. It's clear they know the market and have great connections with buyers across Australia. The level of communication was clear, insightful, and at times, very entertaining. I felt they were on the journey with us. What a duo !

Overall I am happy with the service and professionalism of Nicholas Slatyer @ Belle Cairns. There were two issues that I was displeased with! Firstly a photographer was organised to shoot the apartment but on arriving the apartment was occupied with a holiday tenant and not available. This was the apartment management's problem but I was forwarded a bill for $50 for the photographer's time. It was an issue out of my control and I thought it was petty to send me a $50 bill when I had given my two apartments to Belle to sell. Naturally, I paid it but I thought it was not a good business practice to send me the bill. The office did follow up and said they expected me to forward it onto Alamanda for payment but I would not have done that to a good client. Also Nicholas got a little miffed when I did not accept the first offer on one of the apartments. I thought the offer was a little low and eventually Nicholas went back and got another $10,000 that I was seeking. In my view, Nicholas is a very good salesman, but he can get a little terse if things don't go the way he wishes. But, I would not hesitate to use him again, because he is very experienced, hard working, and capable.

Nicholas was a delight to deal with and earned trust with his professionalism and pragmatism. All in all, Nicholas went above and beyond and we’d recommend him to our friends.
