Nicholas and the Belle team were always professional but also friendly and easy to talk to. They understood our requirements and Nicholas advised potential buyers of our definite price range which reduced the negotiation time and made it straight forward. We were appreciative of the knowledge and advice we received and took it on board. We were also appreciative of the respect Nicholas had for our home and the way it was left after any inspections. We would definitely recommend Nicholas, Renae and Kane and would certainly seek their help again for any real estate need we had.
