Vanessa and her support team are excellent. Vanessa's knowledge and experience ensured a great outcome for us and also for our buyers. I sometimes hear people say they want to sell their own property or list with the cheapest agent and scrimp on advertising in the hope of saving money. I believe Vanessa added so much more value to the sale price and to the whole process than anything it cost me to sell. I chose Vanessa as our agent for several reasons, and was delighted on all fronts. I know she truly values heritage and historic properties, and wishes to see their character preserved, which was very important to us in selling my father’s old high-set Queenslander. She’s also very down to earth and pragmatic, direct and honest. Her advice has been sound, and her communication has been excellent throughout the campaign. She is experienced and confident and I felt like I was in very safe hands. Her extensive contacts with trade and services has also been invaluable given that the property was in need of work prior to sale and that I live in a different state.
