Overall I am happy with the service and professionalism of Nicholas Slatyer @ Belle Cairns. There were two issues that I was displeased with! Firstly a photographer was organised to shoot the apartment but on arriving the apartment was occupied with a holiday tenant and not available. This was the apartment management's problem but I was forwarded a bill for $50 for the photographer's time. It was an issue out of my control and I thought it was petty to send me a $50 bill when I had given my two apartments to Belle to sell. Naturally, I paid it but I thought it was not a good business practice to send me the bill. The office did follow up and said they expected me to forward it onto Alamanda for payment but I would not have done that to a good client. Also Nicholas got a little miffed when I did not accept the first offer on one of the apartments. I thought the offer was a little low and eventually Nicholas went back and got another $10,000 that I was seeking. In my view, Nicholas is a very good salesman, but he can get a little terse if things don't go the way he wishes. But, I would not hesitate to use him again, because he is very experienced, hard working, and capable.
