Nicholas was extremely diligent in following up our interest over six months in purchasing an apartment in this particular block. When one became available that met our price expectations, the service from contract to settlement was excellent.

I COULDN’T RECOMMEND VANESSA HIGHLY ENOUGH. HER PROFESSIONALISM THROUGHOUT A VERY LONG & OFTEN CHALLENGING NEGOTIATION PROCESS WAS SECOND TO NONE, COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US AND ALL PARTIES FAULTLESS. SIMPLY, SHE WAS VERY GOOD.

Nicholas was fantastic in understanding my needs. I was a difficult client as I was up and down like a yoyo with being motivated to sell and unmotivated to sell. He helped us with achieving the highest possible offer and sale price on the property and I was not disappointed. He was always available to discuss progress at any time and went about his work in the background with no fuss. There were a few maintenance conditions to adhere to for settlement and Nicholas organised all of them for us. We basically accepted the offer and he did the rest. Highly recommend Nicholas and his team at belle.

Kaine did a fantastic job of selling our apartment in a market that was flat, he achieved a great price and we are extremely happy. We wholehartedly recommend Kaine.

Kaine was easy to talk too, and didn’t push a hard sell. He gave us the time to look at numerous properties and multiple inspections on properties that were of interest. He was friendly and very honest and answered all queries. After buying a property from Kaine, if I was in the position of selling I would not hesitate in having him as my real estate agent.

Kaine showed incredible common-sense, a consistent ‘can-do’ attitude and impressed both myself and our experienced conveyancer with his problem-solving skills with a few small issues that came up on a very fast transaction. All parties were happy with the outcomes, Kaine’s extra effort meant that the buyers were able to get their needs met, whilst we didn’t have to stress. Excellent experience with Kaine. I sold a unit through him at a fair price, with excellent timeliness and a very comfortable relatively relaxed experience. Highly recommended.

Vanessa was a wealth of knowledge through out this experience

Vanessa told me from the get go that she was confident that she would get a sale within a timeframe. She not only kept that promise but also got our asking price. Vanessa was very thorough throughout the whole process and kept us well informed
