Vanessa was excellent to deal with and very accommodating with viewings for due diligence for proposed future renovations. She was a fantastic conduit between the seller and us and overall was really pleasant to deal with.

Our house didn't sell as fast as we expected. We didn't even get any offers. Throughout it all, Vanessa kept us constantly informed, and communicated frequently. At the right time, Vanessa came through with the deal we needed.

I can't rate Vanessa highly enough. She was always pleasant to work with, and kept us informed at all times. Vanessa was also honest, eventhough she was acting in the sellers interest.

Vanessa worked tirelessly to get the best results in selling our home. From the first appraisal meeting at our house we felt so comfortable with Vanessa's approach to the sale and her suggestions on improvements were invaluable to our sale outcome. She was always available to speak to and if not, promptly returned calls and messages.
