I had held a block of land for some years as an investment. It had excellent views, but was also on the side of a (not too steep ) hill. When I bought the land, it was a small new development , & I as I had bought two blocks and amalgamated them, I was hoping our local Council would again separate them to make selling them easier. But no, the Council wouldn't budge - & I was faced with selling a single block with a unique view. Long story short - it took 2 years & 2 months to sell. There were several potential buyers, but some were scared off by the slope & possible building difficulties. I only mention the difficulty of this in terms of the long-term application & commitment that Nicholas showed throughout. He was always respectful, always proactive, listened to what I had to say & not fearful of giving back good feedback. He was open to my ideas about advertising, & organised that (it didn't make it sell, but at least I felt I'd had a go.) He didn't flag over the 2 years plus period. So I can recommend Nicholas for stamina, intelligence, honesty, listening to the client, respecting their choices & having a sense of humour in some of this long process. Luckily the block sold a couple of months ago- hallelujah - & I found his conduct and communication during the settlement just fine, as i did with those in his office handling finances & keeping me in the loop around the sale. So yes, I could heartily recommend Nicholas & the staff at Cairns Belle Property.
