Amazing, reliable and friendly agency
We have used Gilbert and Younan for a few years now. They continue to provide reliable, trustworthy and prompt service. We found them a step above other local agents that we have used in the past. They are proactive in keeping our property in great condition and are great with communicating with our tenants and tradespeople when needed.

Top notch property management
I have been with Gilbert and + Younan since i purchased my first investment property in 2014. They have provided excellect service in management of my property. Never did i have to worry about my property left vacant or maintenance issues as Cassandra took exceptional care in managing it. I would definitely recommend Gilbert + Younan to anyone needing a great team of property managers.

Great Agency!
From initial contact to view our current rental property all the way through to securing it, Olivia and her team have been outstanding. Wonderful Experience
Was able to assist with presentation, linked to great trades to assist in updating and installation. Went the extra mile and always contactable - strived for best price and kept up to date with entire process. Nothing was ever an issue
