Like other staff members, Olivia also developed her customer service and communication skills in the field of hospitality and even worked at a gym before trying her hand at real estate. Olivia also has a Diploma in Nursing and a Certificate 3 in Assistant in Nursing. Whilst Dana is new to the Gilbert + Younan Team, she has almost two decades of Property Management experience under her belt in the Wollondilly region.
