Never met Shondel in person but his polite and professional approach to the sale of the property had us connected and feeling important all along. Never felt pressured to commit. Whilst other agents who I had dealt with could quickly become your financial advisors, I never received any of that from Shondel. Shondel also kept us in the loop even when there was no activity to report. Really genuine and honest agent!
