Andrew is an extremely polite man dedicated to serving his client. Persistent and patient describe Andrew. In the complex where our unit was, other units were selling much quicker. Andrew knew we weren't in a rush to sell and were prepared to wait for the right offer. There was discussion at one stage on whether the price we were asking was right but we all felt it was and in the end sold for what we wanted and on Xmas Eve! We bought through Andrew in Castle Hill in Nov-2019. Andrew is personable and professional and was clear about the process he would follow for a private treaty sale. We found the clarity of process provided us with the confidence to put forward our best offer. Looking back on the process, Andrew's success was in ensuring the property had access to the widest market possible, and in ensuring he secured our best offer for the purchase. In doing so, he was professional and he did not attempt to assert himself on our decision to bid a price. He made his sales pitch and left us to consider our options. When we sent in our offer, he was prompt in engaging with the vendor to commence a counter-offer process.
