Exceeded Expectations
Justin and the team at Belle Property Castle Hill where amazing to work with. From the beginning the friendly and open conversations made you feel like they would work hard for every dollar. We were selling at time of a lot of competition and Justin was frank and honest the whole way through. Leading up to our auction the nerves were setting in and Justin did everything to make us feel at ease. The auction day went great and we were over our reserve and happy. If you listen to Justin and follow the instructions with showing your house in its best possible light as well as be realistic on your homes value they will come through for you. I'd definitely sell with Justin again and his team including Kasey and Michael were fantastic. Thank you exceeding our expectations!

Andrew has sold two of our homes in the hills district. I would highly recomend Andrew, Kellie & their team. Trust & respect, is most important to us in selling our home. Trusting Andrew & his team with not only our home & posessions but more importantly, we trust Andrew with professional communications & respect with our most important assets, which is our teenage/ young adult children, because selling a home affects the whole family, & Andrew gets this. We have all heard about real estate agents that don't care about you once you sign the dotted line...WELL this isn't the case with Andrew, the Belle Property C/Hill team stayed enthusiastic throughout the whole process, to the point I didn't need to chase Andrew up on any issue because he was on the ball & contacted me first! This is the second time that I've used Andrew and Belle Property. He made us feel comfortable through all stages of the selling process. His communication throughout the sale was brilliant and he would constantly ring to update us on feedback or to make sure that we were happy with how things were progressing. He took the time to make sure that the whole process worked for all members of our family - understanding that selling a house with a toddler and pets is not always easy. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone interested in selling their property and we would definitely use Andrew and Belle Property again.
