The best agent in the Hills
We have dealt with Andrew over a period of 5 years and had no hesitation in using him as our agent to sell our home. He had a plan to gain the outcome that needed to be achieved for us to more on to our new property. Professional and approachable
Andrew made the purchase of my new home fun as he is approachable whilst being professional. Justin Lowery is a young man with a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate and building industry. We had already made up our mind in giving the sale of our house to another agent when by fluke we happened to talk to Justin on another matter and of course the rest is history. Justin impressed us with his knowledge on marketing and and all tools necessary to obtain a good outcome. The open homes were well organised and marketed and we received regular feedback. The only criticism we have is, that in hindsight we should have gone private treaty and not auction. The auction was held at a private function room at the Castle Hill RSL and was very disappointing as there was not a single bid, but got an offer two days later, by private treaty. Great negotiator!
From the minute we met Justin we felt comfortable that he knew how to extract as much value out of our property. Whilst he doesn't normally sell houses in my area, he did the right amount of research and was realistic with us on price expectations. After the open houses he communicated clearly and quickly and when the right offer came in from a prospective buyer, his negotiation skills were evident, and he got us the best possible price, ahead of auction. Just did a great job, and we were really happy with our result.

A True Professional In Every Way!!
We wouldn't have trusted anyone else with the sale of our home.
