Following a personal recommendation and now after an incredibly successful auction result, we would highly recommend Justin and Rebecca Lowery and Kasey Fyfe from Belle Property at Castle Hill. Right from initial contact (where we were given names of referees to contact and speak with about their experiences) through to Auction day we found them all to be very warm, energetic, astute and helpful. Justin was able to give us loads of preparatory advice on how to present our home and was able to work within our timeframe, which was important to us. We felt that his background in building was an advantage as he could help buyers with any questions pertaining to that area of expertise. They openly discussed their strategies and kept us up to date with how things were tracking every few days while our home was on the market. They were able to help prospective buyers imagine themselves living in our home, and they showcased its appeal as well as we had hoped. Our auction was very well handled by all the staff at Belle including the Auctioneer, who did a brilliant job of controlling a fast paced bidding war. We felt very confident with their approach, and were able feel as relaxed as possible, given that selling a family home and preparing to move is potentially a very stressful time.
