We found Justin and his associate Kasey to be great on communication, and prompt with time allocation. Justin's building background gave him the edge in pointing out structural and compliance issues. Presenting Belle with a new house to sell certainly did make the process easier, as it marketed itself to some extent. It's always up to the agent to deliver, and he did.

We had 3 agents come and look through our house and Justin and Kasey were by far the standouts. They were more focused on us and what we wanted rather than talking about how good they were. It was an easy decision to use them. Justin and his team were very honest and helpful in helping us prepare our home sale. Once on the market we were kept updated and informed of what was happening. They had negotiated a great price for our home and it was sold in 9 days. I cannot recommend Justin enough.
