Selling a home can be a very emotional and stressful experience. Parting with a home that you have built and shared with a family through your raising children, sharing birthdays, Christmas’s, and just the trials and tribulations that life provides means that you not just parting with bricks and mortar, but also with dreams and memories. As a part of this process you need the support and expertise of an agent that is not just interested in a sale for the sake of a sale but working in your interest to achieve for you in a process that is taking you to a future because you’ll only have the opportunity to sell once. I have to admit the process took a toll on me. Going to a prospective auction situation wasn’t something I was going to enjoy…….I thought. As we drew closer to the auction date I had some serious concerns but what separates Justin and Rebecca Lowery of Belle is that they saw my concern and wanted to address all of them, not ignore them and carry on regardless. They were the consummate professionals. At the end of the day, and that meant Justin working to 9-00pm on the Saturday before the auction he delivered us a signed completed contract at the price point we had aimed for. I have never seen a real estate agent work and negotiate as well as Justin. Supported brilliantly by Rebecca, and Kasey in the office, provided detail on the advertising and marketing, feedback from Open Home attendances and stats on views and on line contacts. After 30 years in sales, I can only say I’ve seen many sales people who thought themselves professional, can I say that if they had had a mere percentage of the ability and attention to detail that Justin, Rebecca and the Belle team have, it would have seen them far more successful in their chosen field.
