Impressed throughout
I was very happy to have Simon and Josh sell our property. It was through my observation of them selling the property next door that I first came into contact with Simon and Josh. I was made aware of the effort that they put in to make that sale and I was impressed. We contacted a few agents before we chose to go with Simon. Having spoken to several we decided we were more comfortable with Simon and Josh, they seemed genuinely excited about selling our property and we felt that their enthusiasm would help in the sale of our property. They never let us down, always communicating both with us and the buyers. We achieved a speedy sale and at a price we were more than happy with. I would thoroughly recommend Simon, Josh and the team to anyone contemplating an agent to go with.

Enthusiastic and Professional
We chose Whiteman Properties because of the enthusiasm that Simon and Josh showed for our property. Both Simon and Josh were professional and helpful throughout the entire sale process. What a great team they make. Simon’s knowledge of the current market was spot on. Simon’s communication was absolutely amazing and we were kept fully in the loop regardless of the time of day, during the negotiation process. Personable and helpful agent
We liked Simon from the moment we meet him, he is very charismatic, energetic and friendly. He really was keen to sell our house, we did sell at a terrible time with prices needing to decrease several times, simon guided us throughout the process while still ensuring best price was meet. His communication through the process was fluent.

Highly Recommend Whiteman Property

Now as the vendor the initial advice to prepare the home and marketing program produced was first class.
