From the moment we met Brian we knew he was the right agent to sell our house, and we had met with a lot of different agents. Brian made suggestions on improvements we could make to our property for sale which were invaluable. Our only concern was our house being a fair distance away from his base. However, this fear was soon alleviated with Simon running multiple private inspections and open houses at ease. Simon and the team were always very professional and prompt and did their very best to make us stress a little bit less about the whole process, especially with the added pressure of selling during the COVID-19 peak restrictions.
