Hi Cathy & Jemma The marketing and sale of 20 Como Parade was very seamless and professional. The total team worked like a well oiled machine, from the de cluttering, shooting the video, photo's including the drone shots and producing building plans. The house was successfully sold within the four week marketing period with out having to go to auction, reaching its target valuation in a cooling property market.
