From the word go, my experience iwith the agent has been nothing short of fantastic!! Cathy and Laura are very supportive, caring and l felt completely confident with their advice . Jemma Psaila was a charming and easy to deal with agent. She showed me the house and was able to quickly answer any questions or find the answer from the vendor. Jemma arranged for me to do a construction report and then efficiently and fairly negotiated a deal. The whole process was seamless, and I felt Jemma was always honest and fair in negotiating between the two parties. I couldn't recommend Jemma more highly.
