Cathy’s strategy from the beginning was undoubtedly very reassuring , from constructive advise on how to present my property, setting a price guide I was happy with , updates on prospective viewings and interested parties ( serious ones )and keeping the momentum going relentlessly until the sale was complete .

Very friendly and helpful
Cathy and her assistant, Kiara, were polite and friendly throughout the process. Buying our house was unsurprisingly a stressful time but Cathy was never a cause of it. By the end of the experience we are able to look back happily and without regrets about our interactions, which is more than can be said of some agents we had worked with.

Cathy and her team were helpful leading into the campaign and delivered a fantastic result.
Cathy's local knowledge was a great asset in the preparation for the campaign, enabling us to ensure the house was in good condition within a minimal time period. During the campaign her team were always punctual to viewings and went the extra yards to ensure the house was presented as well as possible. The campaign was extremely fast and effective, and the result of the campaign exceeded expectations. Ultimately, she delivered what she promised and we were very happy with the result.

Be patient and listen to the advice
I called Cathy after hearing a referral from a neighbour who made some good points about her recent experience and successful sale with Belle Properties Killcare - an extraordinary 30 minutes sold! Cathy is economic with words and doesn’t waste time in getting you organised. A positive attitude about the features in our home - compared to the other agents, although they were professionally presented, there were the negatives creeping into their feedback language about our home and the ‘current market’. I found Cathy is all about ‘doing’ so we followed her advice in all steps of the process to bring all the elements together to result in a successful sale in 5 weeks. Cathy’s assistant, Kiara, is polite and follows up with your enquiries and concerns. In a slow market this is a great success for us and has enabled our family to move on with our plans. Follow Cathy’s advice and process and have some faith in your own endeavours.

Excellent, ethical and very caring agent
I was selling at a time of declining house prices. Cathy was very diligent in marketing my property, in following up with prospective buyers and in keeping me always informed. This was especially important to me in the context of the negative reports in the news regarding the direction of the market. Cathy was very calm and caring and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cathy and her sale associate Chris Mulally and all her office team as they kept us always informed and answered all our questions promptly. I have sold other properties in the past but I never experienced such an outstanding agent.

After a very unproductive period with another out of area agent we commissioned Cathy and Belle Property to complete the sale. We were impressed with her planning and advice on achieving a sale. Within a week we were negotiating on a sale with multiple purchasers. Cathy negotiated an agreement and exchange of contracts within two and half weeks.
