I engaged Cathy and Jackson from Bell property to both sell my property and also buy a property they had. I gave them very short notice to prepare and put my house on the market. The preparation was completed promptly, nothing was too much trouble. They were professional at all times approachable and endlessly patient. Follow up after weekend open house was always prompt. They went out of their way to work with me and always remained calm. Calls were always returned promptly which took a lot of frustration out of the process. Cathy did a great job of selling our family home and dealing with our deceased estate, which is a difficult task for everyone. She conducted the sale quickly and professionally.
