Cathy was of a high level quality agent, very professional. However, another agent made a big mistake and did reflect poorly on Belle Property. The after sale, before settlement, service wasn’t great.. I understand all Real Estates have some issues and nothing is perfect. On that note, I do think Belle Property went through everything they could to get my house sold and I am happy with the result. Again Cathy and also Laura were outstanding.

On face value our property should have been an easy sale given its prime waterfront location. Having said that we did initially list at the lowest ebb of the property market in a regional setting, so there were factors working against us. When some serious structural issues were unearthed in the course of obtaining the builder's report, the challenge to sell took on a whole new, worrying perspective. Simon and Laura were an absolute godsend for us - they helped us to navigate this difficult journey with optimism and humour, both of which were invaluable traits over the course of the sale.
