Always best to use Cathy Baker and Belle Killcare. Whether buying or selling it seems to always work out just fine. In this case we were buying and found Cathy to be firm and persistent in our purchase for a place she knew we would love. She acted for the seller with great integrity and secured a fair price for them. Excellent work. From the word go, my experience iwith the agent has been nothing short of fantastic!! Cathy and Laura are very supportive, caring and l felt completely confident with their advice . If there were a few words to describe my experience it would be exceptional service, kindness and professional 😊. Laura gave us excellent advice and reliable tradies to deal with. These people include Andrew Barber and Steve ( handymen and could fix anything ) mint flooring ( wonderful superb job and the very creative stylists Leah/Mel and Jey who made our place look so inviting, classy and modern .
