He was always quick to get in touch when a house came up that he thought would be of interest and, importantly, spent time talking to us to find out more about the kind of place we were looking for. From the first inspection right through to the auction of the property that we bought, he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond to our queries. We bid for the house at an online auction, something we had never come across before.
