I have already sent a positive review. The property you listed, 3/227 Brisbane Water Drive is not a property owned by me.

I found Andrew to be a honest, helpful, highly professional, efficient and most knowledgeable real estate agent. It did not matter how trivia a question was, he would always be there to answer it. He was also down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone, to either sell or purchase a property.

It has been 4 weeks after settlement and the house has not been rented out. Hope the property management team can help to work out ASAP.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Andrew for a long time. Our unit has been part of Ray Whites rental pool and the team there have been outstanding in looking after our property. Andrew suggested recently that now is a good time to look at selling if we were interested. The property was on the market for less than 1 week and we had already received an unbelievable offer for our property. I highly recommend Andrew and his team to take care of your property needs.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made it as stress-less as possible and I am without any complaint whatsoever! Extremely grateful! Tracey Edwards :-)

Dear Andrew, My sisters Helene, Suzanne and myself would like to thank you for achieving a remarkable result in selling our late fathers home. It is a very sad time for us but you guided us through with empathy and professionalism. We asked for precise instructions on how to obtain the best result and what to do to get it and you were very thorough from the very first meeting. Your knowledge of the market in the area is second to none and rates you high above your competitors. Through all our dealings, you have been very professional, punctual and communicated with me regularly. I would recommend you highly to any future sellers. Dad would be very proud. Regards Nicole Steele
