Although Andrew was the vendor's agent, and I was the purchaser, Andrew conducted inclusive negotiations as Andrew has excellent communication skills. Andrew was always prompt in responding to queries and organising inspections and access. Although Andrew clearly served his vendor client in negotiations, his knowledge of the local market was of great utility to me, and obviously of great utility to his vendor client.

Real estate agents aren’t always known for their truthfulness, honesty and integrity. Put aside any concerns if you deal with Andrew and Lachlan. Local expertise, a clear and focussed idea of what works for all parties was part of my experience with Andrew and Lachlan. Over one of the busier periods of the year due to public holidays, annual leave and so forth, I was able to start the purchase of my new home prior to Xmas and during January. They facilitated additional visits to the property and not only looked after me but the interests of the seller. That’s not very common yet it is commonsense. Everyone was a winner.
