We very much enjoyed purchasing our new home through Andrew MacDonald from Belle Property. He was very knowledgeable; professional and not too pushy as other agents can sometimes be. This made us feel very relaxed with the process and was an enjoyable experience.

We’ve recently been working with Lachlan McDonald from Belle and are still in the process, but we couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism we’ve received. After some difficult experiences with other offices, Lachlan and the Belle team have been nothing short of patient, helpful, and genuinely great to deal with. Lachlan consistently went the extra mile, showing not only his expertise but a genuine commitment to our needs. We always felt like we were in safe hands and that he had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. He was genuinely happy for us as things progressed, which made the experience feel even more personal and supportive. Thanks to Lachlan and his team, what could have been a stressful experience was made far easier, and we are truly grateful. We highly recommend him and will be sure to tell others about our positive experience.

Although Andrew was the vendor's agent, and I was the purchaser, Andrew conducted inclusive negotiations as Andrew has excellent communication skills. Andrew was always prompt in responding to queries and organising inspections and access. Although Andrew clearly served his vendor client in negotiations, his knowledge of the local market was of great utility to me, and obviously of great utility to his vendor client.

Andrew has been fantastic. He has supported me throughout the sale and has gone above and beyond by sorting out carpet cleaners, trades, staging, etc to get my house ready for the sale. As someone who originally purchased my house from Andrew I felt very comfortable knowing my potential buyers would be well supported also.

I have done business with Andrew for over 20 years. I am very happy with our ongoing relationship.

Andrew has managed our rental property in Koolewong for over 25 yrs, so when we finally decided to sell, he was the obvious choice to handle the sale. We have always found Andrew and his team to be professional & extremely knowledgeable of the local area and market. Andrew worked hard in a difficult market to obtain a good price for us. His honest appraisal, feedback and communication made the selling process easy to navigate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew & his team
