This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. From the beginning of our rental process to the end, the Belle Coorparoo team made things extremely simple and efficient for us. The photos, listing, tenant options, repairs/maintenance were all handled in a quick efficient manner which meant that we experienced a very hassle free investment. Communication was extremely good. The price attained per week was excellent and exactly what the team had set out to achieve. Sudden change-over of tenants was also very well prepared meaning that we did not lose any rental income in between.
