Our property manager handled our property in a satisfactory manner. There were issues within our home with the tenant that we would like to have known about however agent advised they were not aware of these things. We would like to think that property manager is aware of issues within the home as that is what we are paying for. Unfortunately was not advised by our property manager that they were leaving to travel and would be working remotely. We would have appreciated a call and introduction to the new property manager. Our leasing agent has been satisfactory also. We wanted to increase the rent and was advised it was too high (rented for the chosen price thankfully) we appreciated that they listened regardless and we were open to lowering if need be. We believe the leasing agent did a good job this time due to our situation we thank them greatly.
