I cannot recommend Melinda and Luisa highly enough. I knew from the first appointment if I followed their advice we would get the sale we needed and we absolutely did. The way they styled our house (free of charge) for the photos and open house was gorgeous and I know that contributed to the high price we got. We bought another house at the same time and Melinda and Luisa helped us so much to navigate the process even though they were giving their time freely. Really just an amazing team that I trust 100%.
