Melinda is a very helpful and reliable agent with a tonne of knowledge about the purchasing process. She answered all my never-ending questions with patience and honesty. She also referred me to a wonderful building and pest inspector and an amazing mortgage broker when I had issues with finance approval. She is also just a good person, which I think is sometimes hard to come by in the real estate agent sphere. Melinda is so great that my parents have booked in with her to get an appraisal on their property!
