First day of house inspection, Melinda was polite and profesional, she wasnt in our face hovering around however was equipped to answer any queations we had regarding our new home/castle purchase. Melinda was well spoken and always supportive. Always contactable esp for myself and wife who were always working shift work. Melinda was great at communication skills through the entire process from start to finish. We had a few hiccups getting through to the unconditional part of the contract but with her professional manner and communication she was able to get us part those issues that popped up. At the open home viewing Melinda was welcoming and attentive without being over zealous. Unfortunately the house was advertised as having a vacuum maid, which it didn't. We felt that she didn't have a full understanding of the product she was selling. In the initial few days of setting up a contract, Melinda didn't respond to our phone calls for 3 days, with us having left several messages if urgency.

We were unable to attend open home but had a FaceTime viewing which I was happy about. The FaceTime viewing was on time as promised Most of my questions could be answered and those that couldn’t be answered on the day were quickly answered the day after Some of my text messages were not answered as quickly as I would have liked them to be but understand everyone at this time of year is particularly busy , and yes all my messages were acknowledged The contract and paperwork we’re deal with in a professional manner , my whole experience with Belle property was overall very good
