I fully recommend Melinda Lee-Ball. Melinda is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, maintains communication during the week and gives a full run down after the open house. Melinda genuinely wants to get you the best sale price for your house, and was able to do so with my house. Despite complications on my part where the buyer could have terminated the contract, Melinda Lee-Ball was able to negotiate with the buyer, working after hours to meet with seller and buyer to make the sale of the house go through. When the time comes to move again I will be asking Melinda to sell my house.
