I really appreciated that Annette took my needs, and the approach I wanted, on board. She totally respected my wishes. Aside from her real estate expertise, I also valued Annette’s realistic attitude when it came to pricing my property. There were no false promises about this, or how long my property might take to sell, etc. As it transpired, my house sold two days after the first inspection and I think Annette’s approach contributed very much to a successful campaign. I did not feel any pressure and questions were answered promptly despite not being on the end of a phone all the time. Being very inexperienced in the process of buying / selling it could have been improved if there was a guide or rundown of the whole process step by step so that I knew in advance what was happening and what the next steps were.
