Nick takes everything in his stride and keeps on pushing forward no matter what the hurdle... we sold our house smack in the middle of “the pandemic”, with Nick, never dropping his game face and “will get this done” attitude. Thanks nick and team, fantastic effort in trying times.

Nick and his team were very impressive from the start. Nick had a great market knowledge for the area. The team assisted with connections for styling which really improved the look of my property. I was unfortunate to have the sale period fall right in the middle of the covid19 scare. Nick and the team helped navigate through this period and secured a sale that I was happy with.

We would sincerely like to thank Nick, Caroline, Peter and Team for the wonderful service and experience that we received with selling our home. It was a big decision for our family to sell our home that we had renovated and lived in for 11 years. Belle Property Dee why were just so helpful with everything big and small to do with the sale. The excellent service went beyond the date of sale and we felt very supported every step of the way. We are very grateful for all your help.

The title says it all, Nick and his team achieved the classic goal of any sales person, that is to make the customer feel that he/she was the One and Only. Nick was never too busy to respond to queries and he took control of the whole process from A to Z and only communicating when necessary but still keeping me in the loop. In one word, a breeze. I also thought the exchange between us was based on the idea that we want to achieve the same result and it was very candid and open. Thank you Nick.

Nick is by far the best real estate agent I have come across, he has great attention to detail and is both personable and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to answer any queries. His honesty and experience speak for themselves and he has built a great team around him who clearly share his values.

We have had the pleasure of working with Nick on a couple of occasions now, he did a great job of selling our house amidst the world wide corona panic. We were initially nervous about selling our property while overseas, but we felt like Nick and his team kept us informed and in the loop at all times. We are happy with the result and wish Nick and his team all the best for the future.

Nick came highly recommended by a family member, and we are so glad we took their advice. Nick handled our sale with utmost professionalism. He is a great listener and gave the best advice all the way. He never stopped working, he recommended top contacts to help with reno's, styling and conveyancing. He and his team were a pleasure to work and their communication was excellent from start to finish. Nick is trustworthy, knowledgeable and his non-stop dedication to the sale of our house was what resulted in a great sale price for our property. We will be recommending him to all our friends.

Having bought our place through Nick years ago and finding him to be honest and a super quick communicator, we went straight back to him when it came time to sell. We can't fault him. The result he got us just as COVID was breaking out was great. He knew a lot about the current market and was well connected, updates from him and his team were almost daily during the process. 10/10

Nick is on top of the market dynamics, and that was certainly tested during the COVID-19 pandemic period where the market was changing weekly, if not daily. As the weeks played out, Nick gave honest recommendations on the next moves to make and in the end we achieved the desired outcome in what was a very challenging time. We are very appreciative to Nick and the team at Belle Property Dee Why. In many ways they delivered a miracle for us given the unpredictable challenges they had to navigate.
